How to Register
Online registration is now available! Just click on the festival location and scroll to the bottom of that page in order to purchase your festival registation online!
Registration forms are also available online in .pdf format. Click here to download the registration form. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print these forms. Download the free Acrobat Reader at adobe.com. If you cannot download a registration form, contact the events department at Creative Ministry Solutions at 303-799-6751 or events@creativemin.com. We can fax or mail you a registration form.
After you have registered, you will receive a receipt via email with links to additional information on our website. You will not receive tickets; we will have your registrations ready at the door. Remember to register early! This will insure that you get included in the competition.
Registration Policies
Your paid registration must be received 14 days before the festival in order to receive the pre-registration rate. Payment must accompany your registration.
Your registration must be paid in order to enter competition. Be sure to include the name of the piece you plan to perform, or your competition registration cannot be confirmed.
Children
Please note that children under age 8 will not be admitted. Please do not bring babies, toddlers, or young children to the festival. The festival is for adults and youth over 8 years old.
Prices
Registration prices vary. Individual and group rates are available (must have a mininum of six people registering together to qualify for the group rate.) Attendees may register for the full weekend or just one day (Friday only or Saturday only.) Later additions to a registration will not allow you to qualify for the group rate.
Payment Information
Secure online registration by credit card is available on our website. Registrations can also be made by phone or fax (credit card payment only please), or by mail. We accept: VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER CARD, as well as personal checks. All registrations should be made payable in U.S. funds to "Creative Ministry Solutions."
Credit Card Payment may be made online any time, by phone Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time by calling 800-569-4537 ext.4, or by fax any time at 303-790-4265.

Cancellation Policies
Refunds will be given only if Creative Ministry Solutions is notified at least ten days prior to the festival. Cancellations received after the ten-day cutoff will receive a merchandise certificate for the registration amount minus a 20% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after the event. If you are unable to compete, please contact us immediately to allow another team to compete. Competition fees are not refundable.
