A SummerFest Training Day is a Saturday filled with workshops, performances, competition, demonstrations, and excitement. SummerFest provides a place for teens and adults alike to learn more about the using creative arts in ministry, to have a chance to hone their skills, and to network with other creative ministry performers and teams in their region. Whether you are just getting started or you are a veteran team director, a SummerFest is the place for you!.
Who should attend a SummerFest Training Day?
SummerFest provides training for beginners and those more advanced in creative ministry techniques. There will be workshops for team members and organizational and technical seminars for directors of ministry teams. Regardless of whether you're a children's ministry worker, worship leader, ministry team leader, or creative performer, you'll be encouraged and equipped to use creative arts in your ministry.
What is the schedule of a SummerFest Training Day?
Registration opens on Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. The SummerFest Training Day runs all day Saturday. Please check out the schedule below.
Creative Ministry Resource Display
There will be a wide variety of resources for creative arts ministry for sale at the festival. Many items will be "On Special Sale" at reduced prices. Your personal check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card will be accepted. Come early and take time to look over the many ministry resources available to help you.
Cancellation Policies
Refunds will be given only if Creative Ministry Solutions is notified at least ten days prior to the SummerFest. Cancellations received after the ten-day cutoff will receive a merchandise certificate for the registration amount minus a 20% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after the event. If you are unable to compete, please contact us immediately to allow another team to compete.
Register Early!
Get your registration completed as soon as possible! After you have registered, you will receive a receipt and additional information about maps, area hotels, and a tentative schedule for your location, if available.
