How to Register

Registration Policies
Your paid registration must be received fifteen days before the festival in order to receive the pre-registration rate. Payment must accompany your registration.
Your registration must be paid in order to enter competition. Be sure to include the name of the piece you plan to perform, or your competition registration cannot be confirmed.
Please note that children under age 8 will not be admitted. Please do not bring babies, toddlers, or young children to the festival. The festival is for adults, youth and children over 8 years old.
After you have registered, you will receive a receipt and additional information about maps, area hotels, and a tentative schedule, if available. Remember to register early!
Prices
Registration prices vary (see above). Individual and group rates are available (must have a mininum of six people registering at the same time to qualify for the group rate.) Later additions to an individual registration will not allow you to qualify for the group rate. However, additional group members can be added to an existing group registration.
Payment Information
In order to protect your personal information please do not e-mail your registration to us. Registrations can be made by web, phone or fax (credit card payment only please), or by mail. We accept: VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER CARD, as well as personal checks. All registrations should be made payable in U.S. funds to "Creative Ministry Solutions"
Cancellation Policies
Refunds will be given only if Creative Ministry Solutions is notified at least ten days prior to the event. Cancellations received after the ten-day cut-off will receive a merchandise certificate for the registration amount minus a 20% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after the event. If you are unable to compete, please contact us immediately to allow another team to compete.
