Driven by a car-racing theme, the storyline of this 22-minute musical begins with revving up and ends at the finish line. There's plenty of acceleration in the middle that tunes up your heart through love, prayer, forgiveness, and praise. Announcers welcome everyone to what they call "The Race of Your Life." Jimmy and Julie sing about getting a custom-built heart, Henrietta and Harold learn to pray when they get lost on the highway. Jesus doesn't just know the way, He is the Way. When Ashley calls into "Car Chat," a radio show, she complains of having a car with no power. She hears how she must forgive and forget. The racers are ready to praise Jesus for all these fixes, and ready to take action with a new walk, new talk, thinking new thoughts.

This presentation is easy to stage, uses eight characters, and delivers a good message. There are seven songs which offer modern rock rhythms, catchy melodies and lyrics that teach essential truths about God.
