Create perfect 90-degree foamboard joints with the Rabbet Cutter. This tool will remove the foam along the edge of a piece of 3/16" foamboard, while leaving the outer layer of posterboard. When you glue a second 3/16" foamboard to this posterboard, you'll have a perfect 90 degree joint with no foam showing. This makes very clean joints that can be painted quickly and easily, without exposed foam.
