EL Wire Bow Tie This bow tie is lined with EL wire, which allows it to glow brightly in the dark. EL wire is an abbreviation for Electro Luminescent Wire. It is powered with a battery pack (included). The battery pack allows for three different settings: full on, slow flash, and fast flash. You do not need blacklights to make this glow effect work, however, they can be used in conjunction with blacklight. 10 different colors are available.
