How to Receive Your Download

1. Once payment process has been completed you will receive a Confirmation Email from Creative Ministry Solutions. Please remember to add customerservices@creativemin.com  to your contacts. This will help prevent these emails going to your junk mail/spam folder.

2. On receipt of the email, scroll to the hyperlink towards the bottom of page.

3. Click on the hyperlink, this will open a new window

4. The Download Product screen shows the product you have ordered, at the bottom click on Click here to download file

5. A window will pop up for you to Open, Save, or Save As. We recommend you click Save As. This will open up a further window for you to select where you want to save the download on your computer, once decided click Save.

6. Congratulations, your download is complete - click Open to view and check all is correct.

7. If you have created an Online Account or Member of Club One with us, you can login to your account to download.

Please note:

    Download your purchase straightaway, you only have Ten Days to activate it.

    If you purchased more than one download, please return to the Order Confirmation Email and follow the above process again.
